Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth strategy and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and enhancing client relationships within the IT training sector. Your insights into industry trends and customer needs will guide our product development and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the IT training market.
- Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our training programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for our institution.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our brand and services. - Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance our online presence and visibility.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop customized training solutions based on client needs and feedback.
5. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and market trends to senior management.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and goals for the institution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT or Corporate training industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Strong understanding of IT training programs, certifications, and industry standards.
